Cerveja bastante interessante a atenuação final ficou menor que a esperada (FG = 1,011), talvez tenha ficado com uma sensação de corpo um pouco acima do ideal. É possível que uma combinação de mostura 1 ou 2 °C mais baixa com um início de fermentação realizada também de 1 a 3 °C mais fria trouxesse um perfil mais neutro com um corpo mais assertivo para a cerveja. A lupulagem realizada agradou bastante com bastante sabor e aroma de lúpulo, principalmente sabores frutados (fruta amarela madura, compota de frutas, principalmente). Essa adição a 0 minutos com um hopstand parece ser uma ótima técnica de lupulagem
