This is an incredibly easy Blonde to whip up. My sister was an USAF Pilot and her call sign was Stretch. She loves this beer.
I use Salem, Oregon water which is incredible. I only filter it through a chlorine filter.
Ferment at 64 Degrees until finished. Dry hop about day 8 and then again on day 10. Crash 6-8 Degrees per Day to 36. Hold for a couple days then keg. Cheers
