Strike grains with 8.99 gal of water at 165.6 °F.
Mash at 154 °F for 60 min.
Drain the grain bag into the mash water to make 7.5 gal wort.

First Dry hop was on 12/13/20: 10 days into fermentation after dropping temperature to 50f and letting it rise to 59-60f
Second Dry hop was on 12/15/20: 1 days before cold crashing and 2 days before kegging
