Tonibomboni • 12/14/2020 at 12:36pm Results : Interesting, the victoria secret is really present at the nose and as a first taste (citrusy). Bitterness is strong and everlasting. For a second version of this beer I would replace the maris otter by a pale 2 row to lower the maltiness. I would lower the amount of Victoria 60 min boil to lower the Isomerisation and therefore this long bitter aftertaste and replace it by either a preboilhop adding for smoother bittering or an increased endboil hop adding for increased hop aroma. Still a nice recipe!!!
