Target Water Profile
Tacoma WA - Green River 12/2/2014
Notes
3 gallons Apple Juice
2 gallons Apple Cider
Who knows if the ratio matters...
Heat 1 gallon in a pot with the brown sugar and cinnamon sick. Dump 4 gallons into fermenter, add heated 1 gallon, pitch yeast and shake.
Ferment a few days then cap to naturally carbonate. Crash chill, keg, and refrigerate when the taste is right.
