Notes

Did not have 2 Mittelfruhs at the store so will go with one Mittelfruh and 1oz Hersbrucker for aroma.

Going with WLP 007 for one 5 gallon batch and on the second batch, they didn't have 2 Belgian Saisons so am mixing WLP 568: Belgian Saison with WLP566: Belgian Saison 2 for the ferment.

For 10 gal batch: recirculate at 1.25 gal/minute, or 2 cups in 6 seconds. This is 1 full turn from closed.

Water calculation came out well with 12 gals in the kettle. I did notice I'm boiling at 1gal/min not the .75.

OG: 1.077
FG: 1.020

Bought a grain mill as this must be the problem with my low OG. Also need to watch my Strike temp as changing temp after is a sloooow process with the BrewEasy setup.

Also, note to self, use the brewmometer on the mash tun, not the pen to get an accurate mash temp.

5/19: Beer is tasty, albeit not very high in abv. Found out the $@#$^% LHBS had their gap set to random so bought a new mill and that solved my problem with efficiency. I might leave out the peated and dial back the roasted a bit as they lent an acrid taste to the beer.
