Notes
Mash grains at 153F for 60 minutes. Perform a 60 minute boil and follow hop additions above. Add1/4 teaspoon of Irish Moss at 15 minutes. Cool to 68F and pitch yeast (Northwest Ale 1332 Smack Pack). Primary fermentation 10 – 14 days. Secondary 10 – 14 days. Dry hop the last 4 days.
