Okay so This doesn't really fit into an APA, but hey this is South Africa so fuck it!

I call it a ZPA and why not. It's my beer (like my principles) if you don't like it I have others.

Must say this is probably the best beer I have brewed. I used the Kveik Voss (37 c) and S 05 (18c) on a 50 L batch (split fermentation) finished one gravity point apart. The Kveik didn't have the Beer Hops taste, even though equally as fruity.

S 05 takes longer but for this recipe, it is superior.
