Notes
Mash pH at 20 minutes = 5.8, stirred and circulated another 20 minutes = 6.1. Interesting as I also added a few grams of malic acid but the pH kept rising. Apparently the mash pH calculator is onto something. No original gravity checked via hydrometer. I should have compensated for mash pH earlier in the process
