Spoke to punter & they are actually Hallertau planted by him years ago & now growing wild
Not much aroma or resin - possibly still too green despite late October

under carbonated due to issue with cask seal
forced to use co2
as expected, little hop in flavour or aroma
sweetness profound but not unpleasant
will recarbonate in new cask & dry hop
