The focus of this recipe is not to create a honey wine, but instead a semi-sweet, hard ciderish mead.
The elderberry is actually in form of juice mixture (0,5l mixture worth of 3 liter of juice)
added some erithrythol (artifical sweetener) to add up sweetness
