Notes
Mash/Sparge directions:
- strike 7 gal with 1.5 tbsp 5.2 water agent to 165
- mash for 70-75 min
- lauter first runnings into bucket, set bed, recirculate
- lauter through screen into kettle first runnings
- batch sparge with 4.5-5 gal, mix, lauter and set bed again
- lauter until top of grain bed is above water, fly sparge the rest.
