Start with 3 gal, cold water.
Bring to 150F, and steep crushed honey malt, and remove grain.
add malt extract, hops, and boil for 1 hr.
with 15 min remaining, add 1 tsp Irish Moss.
after 1 hr, cover and place pot outside, and cool to 100 F.
Pour into clean fermenter with 2 gal clean, COLD water, and put on the air lock.
Place fermenter outside, till fermenter is 70F, and pour yeast into fermenter.
