good receipe, i change the crystal 60L for 70L because my local home brew shop didn't have the 60L. I start with 6,5 gallons before boilling, my mistake. at the end it taste very good. 5,8% alcool. Didn't taste like Rebel IPA but i Don't care. this batch won't last

I can tell you that the actual rebel ipa is carbonated with some nitrogen and by tasting the texture is filtered for a specific mouth feel so it can't be repeated without good equipment and thats half the taste so I will experiment more in the future, thanks

tried the original a couple of times and found out they use extract hops which is why I can taste a slight resiny or oil texture on the tung and a very good filter but this beer is good anyway
