Notes
Standard brewing technique.
Protein Rest at 120f for 20min
Mash at 155f for 60min
Sparge at 170f
90min boil
Hops at 0min except 1oz of Cascade at 88min

NOTES:
Prepare pumpkin in advance by slicing and baking, then removing skin, seeds, and pulp.

Add five vanilla beans in primary, slice lengthwise and add whole bean, make tincture from beans inside with neutral liquor.
Water may be added, or yield will be below 10gal, due to 90 minute boil.
