6/13: PBG: 1.051 OG: 1.058 (15B) 21.5L Fermented @ 18C until dry hop, then 20C
6/20: 6.7B => 1.005, 7.4%, given 2 more days to clean up before kegging
6/22: Kegged, burst carbed @ 2.5 bar for 24 hours, served at 1 bar
Tasting notes: Rather strong Dill flavor unfortunately, was hoping for more lemon than dill from the Sorachi Ace. Dill flavor seemed to fade after a few drinks, but came back strong with food...
