Notes

Using fresh wild hops I found for this one. Very herbal so hoping it is a saaz or Hallertau type taste in the beer.

Pressure ferment at 1 bar and 15.5 C.
After fermentation completely stops, +3 days at room temp
then transfer to chilled, pressurized serving keg or leave in fermentation keg.
Cold crash and chill at 2C for 5 days then back to room temp for lagering (3-4 weeks). At least two weeks.
