The use of Melanoidin adds a bit of color and slightly increases an acidic quality to the final product. This is a nice clean lager that is just interesting enough to get some pleasant surprised looks and nice compliments.

JAK is named for my late father, who died from complications of Covid on July 30, 2020. He would have really liked this beer.
