Instructions:
- Pitch 2 packs of dry yeast.
- Split Dry Hop in 2 additions
- Add first ~halfway through primary (40, 40, 40)
- Wait until primary complete
- Lower slowly to 16C
- Add second dry hop (80, 40, 80) and purge thoroughly with co2
- Leave 2 days and start cold crash
