Notes
Fresh Chilli Halved deseeded/deveined, added in Hop Bag
Added 1 Habanero & 5 Birdseye at Secondary 3 days
Tested no heat
Added 1 Habanero & 5 Birdseye at Secondary 1 day
Kegged minimal heat
Added 18g of Masterfoods Dried Chilli Flakes, in Hop Bag to the Keg, left in there for say 3 hours & removed.
Bang on balance of cracking Saison finishing off with a warm Chilli that just wants to make you have more. No vegetal flavour, aroma predominately Saison & slight Chilli
Poor head retention, next time will not add fresh Chilli, will add the Dried Chilli to the Keg.
