Notes

only 1 week into bottle. Turned out lovely dark amber. Not too clear. Reasonable on the nose- sweet caramel. Lovely toffee/caramel overtones with slightly bitter sweet aftertaste..

2 weeks into bottling. good result. Burnt caramel foretaste with mild bitter sweetness after but good balance and not overbearingly on either. Colour perfect. Head retention perfect and now stable and tight bubbles.

2 months into bottle.
Over carbonation been left at 10 deg C .

Rated reasonable. Missing that re drinkability . Not a portfolio beer but close.
