Actually used Wyeast Sweet Mead 4148, But it stalled after about 5 days. I think it got too cold.
Pitched 1118 on top of that a couple of times and a whole vial of Wyeast nutrient in stages.
Finally started fermenting again and after 5 weeks it stopped at 1.010
