Notes

Steep all grains in a BIAB in an igloo cooler mash tun. Pull bag and let drain after 90 min. Warm additional 2.5-3gal water in a kettle to 170F and flame out. Dunk bag of steeped grain in kettle water and agitate with a spoon or repeated dunks until grains are fully rinsed. Water will not run clear, however, most of the sugars will be rinsed off. Add steeped water from mash tun to kettle and bring to a full boil. Add hops as directed.
Cool wort to 80F and add to fermenter.
You may experience a final boil volume below 5 gallons. After adding to the fermenter, add additional water to bring the final volume to 5gal but you may want to keep cooled wort a few degrees higher to account for the cooling effect of the added water (maybe 75F).

1 week in primary and 4 weeks in secondary. Great brew
