Notes
Ferment at 67 degrees until activity subsides. Then dry hop first set for 7-9 days. Then dry hop second set for 5 more days. (Total Dry Hop around 14 days)
Crash 6-8 degrees per day to 36 degrees. Hold for a couple days, then keg.
