Wyeast 1056 was about a year old. Took off slowly but settled into a really nice perk until it got very heavy. O.G. = 1.010. 8% abv. Smells good!

This is for 5 gallon batch. Mashed grain into 6.5 gallons water at 170. Hit 155 degrees. Ended with 6 gallons wort at OG - 1.082 (slightly below target, which may be due to extra 1/2 gallon volume.)
