Notes

First rendition of this hazy DIPA. OG came out much lower than expected due to a volume boil error, added 2lbs of table sugar to reach desired gravity. Even with recipe juggling and added sugar came out very drinkable. Nice hop aroma, good body and very juicy. Color was a little darker than desired due to use of liquid extract. V02 of this recipe will be all-grain, more oats and no sugar additions.
