Notes
Actualy used leaf hops fresh off the bine. Calculators seem off when using leaf. Used a ratio of 6oz fresh per oz of pellets.
Decided to split the batch and make a chocolate-coconut porter out of one part and leave a straight porter for the other. Split was 3g and 2 gal. For the 3gallon choco-coconut batch added 6 oz of cocoa nibs and 6 oz toasted flaked coconut. Left in secondary for 14 days.
