Veldig rar stil. Underpitcha gjæren voldsomt fordi jeg beregna feil kornmengde. Håper den kan stå en stund og fjerne ettersmak i forbindelse med underpitching.
1 tørrgjær US-05 har 110 milliarder celler, og burde hatt nærmere 300 milliarder :'(
