Mash issue. Got strike water to 160, dropped in grains, started the mash, then realized the flame was still burning a little. Turned off the heat and checked the temp. It was at 160, so it seemed ok. After the mash the final temp was 168. Dropped the temp down to 154, then tried to hold it at 152 ish for 30 more minutes. At the end of the additional 30 minutes the temp was 153.
