Notes
Steep grain in 1 gal of 153°F (67°C) water for 30 minutes, then raise the temperature to 168°F (76°C). Remove the bag, rinse the grains, add 4 gallons, bring to a boil and add DME and hops.
Whirlpool 160-170 for 20 min.
Fermentation temperature in the 66–68°F range. Add the dry hops 3 days before packaging.
