This is an adaptation of Norther Brewer's Double Dead Ringer IPA that uses a grain bill suitable for their single IPA and adds 8 lb of LME at the start of the boil to raise the expected OG to 1.100.
Safale 05 on a 18 hour 2 L starter as per White Labs starter instructions for OG > 1.065.
