Notes

Dette blir første NEIPA gjæret under trykk med Fermzilla All-rounder. Etter å ha eksperimentert litt med mindre havre for å redusere Mangan, går jeg tilbake til utgangspunktet igjen, men prøver en kombo av havre-gryn og -malt.

Totalt 500 g humle, herav 150 g Cryo ==> 650 g på 24 liter ==> 27 g/L.

  1. tørrhumling på dag 7: 50 g Mosaic + 50 g Galaxy i pose, fjernes etter 3 dager.
  2. tørrhumling på dag 10: 50 g Simcoe Cryo + 100 g Citra Cryo.
    Cold crash etter 3 dager.
    Tapping på dag 14 eller 15.
