Notes
Hops weights are given as fresh. Dry is assumed as 5gm wet = 1 gm dry hop or pellet . These were very fresh wet hops - all off the vines one hour before boil.
split into 3 batches with Safale US-05, Safale T-58 and Safale BE-134
Yeast from red ale batches botlled yesterday. BE-134 and UD-05 showing airlock activity less than 2 hours after pitch
OG when cooled was 1050. Expect 1010-1012 on final......So,,,
