Notes
Yeast: Used Mangrove Jacks, M 15 Empire Ale because I had it on hand already. Saw that it was listed as a good substitute for Nottingham which the original recipe called for.
Once fermented, to carbonate, aim for 1.5-2 volumes CO2.
Brewed this on 9/13/2020.
Pre boil gravity was: 1.044
Original Gravity was: 1.055 (very close to calculated amount of 1.057 at 70% efficiency (I'm been 60 on larger batches) .
Volume I had in fermentor when I pitched yeast at 68 degrees was just at 5 gallons even.
Bottled on 10/4/2020, 3 weeks old.
Carbed to 1.75 volumes.
