Hazy Irish Red ale style-ish beer, I know that is not a style and it is all about homebrewing.
I tried the beer before I kegged it and it was just a normal light beer, so I added the Dry Hops to give it a flowery bouquet and experiment a little. Oh man, I'm glad I did! This Hazy Hindsight 20/20 beer, what a wonderful tasty beer from an Irish Red Ale start.
Tasting notes:
Smells citrusy with a lightly hopped smooth crisp taste on the tongue with a spicy twist finish.
