Aaron's tasting notes: lots of stone fruits apricot flavor
Matt J. thought it was too soft and Aaron's response is it would be interesting to try this beer at 300ppm SO4.
*Mash pH calculators over estimate amount of acidulated malt needed, actual mash pH was 4.9
