Notes

Opened the first bottle (4 left) on Sat 22 Mar 14' in Nieu-Bethesda.

most pleasantly surprised it was so good and malty. just the right CO2. I am impressed with my first brew ever.

added 100g honey at 10 mins.
after 7 days added 100g honey diluted in 150mm water and near boiling for 5 mins.

SG out if bottle = ?
