Adapted for ingredients readily available in New Zealand and including Gladfields Gladiator as a CaraPils addition for head improvement.
Originally used 4.5kg Gladfield Pilsner (or organic Pilsner malt) malt as the base malt @1.054 OG. Replaced with 2x 1.7kg cans of Black Rock Ultra Light liquid Malt Extract.

Boiling in a 12 litre stock pot and topping up with water to meet the OG in the fermenter. Should yield approx: 23 litres.
