Notes
Before brewing, put pumpkin, cut into 6" pieces on foiled baking sheet, add brown sugar and maple syrup. Bake pumpkin at 350 F for 1-2 hours. Peel and let cool until boil.
Add pumpkin to boil in muslin bag.
