Brewed 9/3. Chilled overnight to 65F.
Pitched yeast 9/4 at 2PM (Slurry harvested a week prior. Approximately 3tbsp thin slurry)
By 2PM on 9/5 the beer was at krausen.
9/8 krausen had receded but there were still signs of fermentation. Dry hops added.
