Next time make a thinner mash. Maybe 4:1 water to grist ratio. Missed my target, so added a 1 lb 6oz of dex near the end of the boil to achieve 1.094. Final gravity hit right on target. Pre-carb tasting is super rich chocolatey. Hop presence could be stronger but will update once its carbed.
