We are kind of ditching my running recipe for Irish Red. Grandpa Jack 2018 and Brogue Kick 2015 were but both good but both came out pretty dark in color. The original Brogue Kick 2013 was a northern brewer extract kit, so for this version im pulling the all grain recipe from northern brewer and will start with that. Although, I do remember even that version being slightly dark.
