Notes
- I'd recommend raking the mash during fly sparge to eliminate dilution. I was not efficient with fly sparging, which led to my low gravity numbers, and ABV. But, it turned out to be a low alcohol, delicious beer!
OG= 1.051, FG= 1.016, ABV= 4.6%
Once in secondary, or keg, add 1lb of roasted coconut and shake. (I purchased my coconut from a local bulk store) Leave in secondary for 2 weeks, and make sure you shake it twice a day to get as much flavor out of the coconut as you can.
What a delicious beer! Enjoy, and happy brewing!
