Won second place at the Minnesota State Fair in 2023 and 2022, Trappist/Monastic Ales.

Note: The idea was to use 3 of everything, hence the name Triops. 3 malted grains, 3 flaked grains, 3 hops, 3 yeasts,
3 spices.

Pitched at 70 and let free rise to 79 and held.

Very fruity. Not getting the spices, though the additions were pretty small.
