Notes

Mash at 150F (65C) for 60 minutes. Mash out at 170F (77C).
Add Maltodextrin and Irish Moss at 15 mins left in the boil.
After boil, cool to 180-185F and whirlpool hops for 20 minutes.
Cool to pitching temperature.
Ferment at 77F-95F (25C-35C).
Note: Kveik can be under pitched. 3-4g of dry yeast is enough for this recipe.
