I am starting with reverse osmosis water.
Add:
7.25g Gypsum
3g Calcium Chloride
1g Epsom Salts
Corn Sugar is added at beginning of boil.
Dry Hops are added at day 3-4 of fermentation (catch the last 3-4 days, tail end of fermentation). Transfer to keg under pressure, carb and drink.
