Notes
Stuck with same grain amount as NZ Pilsner w/ KRISPY, but subbed out 1 lb carapils for 0.5 lb Victory and 0.5 lb Wheat. Stuck with Jever Boiled profile specs to get a slightly drier but balanced profile.
Shifted hopping to all late given this will be drank very fresh, and NZ Pils w/ KRISPY initially came off as a bit harsh/astringent.
OG was 1.051
Tasting: Like the NZ faux Pils before it, this drank a bit harsh for the first few weeks...This strain accentuates bitterness slightly so could minimize boil hops (or eliminate completely) to only use whirlpool/dry hop additions
