Came out 1.059. Might have been a thicker mash?

Batch sparged in the end

used hood - got better boil

slightly down on volume about 1L? Better boil?

Dry hopped for two weeks 5 days at 20 degrees, then ice blocks.

Emptied yeast bottle, filled with C02

Changed dry hop to below

Mosiac 50g, cascade 66g, citra 50g, amarillo 50g - 216g instead of 230g. But will add 20g of amarillo to the key.
