First beer I made with my wife - later brewed it for our wedding. Now an annual expectation. This recipe is an all-grain version of that original extract recipe.
For 2018 I opted to use a Mack and Jacks Clone as the base beer.
For 2021 learned that adding ~4 lbs of frozen strawberries at end of boil rapidly cooled the wort and contributed just right amount of strawberry flavor.
