Target Water Profile
Pale Ale
Notes
Shared by Andy Farrell of Bell's to the CBB magazine. The yeast can either be US-05/001/1056 or the Bell's House Imperial A62.
The recipe did not state a water profile, so I went with a basic 2:1 sulfate to chloride as it's not a hazy built up from RO water. How you achieve the water profile is up to the brewer.
